When I think of Shepherds, I at once think of Abraham, Moses and David.   All great leaders of the Old Testament Scriptures. When I think of Shepherds, I at once think of the shepherds out in the fields, minding their sheep, when the heavenly host appeared to them proclaiming the birth of the one who claimed to be the Good Shepherd.
